Rare ex-works Ferrari 375 up for auction
A rare 1954 ex-works Ferrari 375-Plus is set to be auctioned at the Goodwood Festival of Speed this summer. Car 0384AM was driven by the Italian racer, Umberto Maglioli in the 1954 Mille Miglia, as well as being piloted to victory at Silverstone by Argentinean Jose Froilan Gonzalez. Fitted with a 4.9-litre V12 engine developing 330bhp, just five cars were made, of which this was the first. The special Ferrari is being offered without reserve by Bonhams on June 27.
