This Japanese car company is producing retro style Honda Civics!
This is the Mitusuko M55 ‘Double 5’ The Mitsuoka M55 is a reimagined Honda Civic Hatchback with a retro design inspired by classic American muscle cars and 1970s nostalgia. The limited-edition vehicle was originally a one-off project to celebrate Mitsuoka's 55th anniversary, but due to "overwhelming public demand" it is now in production!! This JDM car is also Hand built & assembled. Exterior: The front resembles a leaner Dodge Challenger, while the sides and rear evoke Galant GTOs and early Nissan Skylines. It features white-lettered tires and rear windscreen louvers. Engine: The M55 uses the Civic's standard 1.5-liter turbocharged engine and six-speed manual transmission, producing 180 horsepower and 177 lb-ft of torque. Background: Mitsuoka is a Japanese coachbuilder and automaker known for creating unique cars, including the Orochi supercar and the Buddy, a Toyota RAV4 with a Chevy K5 Blazer-inspired body.
