1956 Devin SS to 1959 Ferrari 250LM project start
I purchased a 1957 Devin SS former Drag Racer off Bring a Trailer in March 2026 as it’s been a dream of mine to use one as a starting off point to make a 1959 Ferrari 250LM replica! Not the idea candidate as it was a drag racing car and was highly modified for competition, but it has a fresh Chevy 355 V8 and was built for heavy duty punishment. I will be changing almost everything, so double the work I anticipated. Here we go! The Porsche 917k project is on hold as I need some more experience with car builds and this project will get my skills up.
