To handle the extra weight and power of six cylinder motor, it now runs on: 15 inch custom steel wheels with Borgward hub caps 12V system larger aluminium radiator and 450mm plastic fan Front disc brakes wirh 4 piston wilwood callipers Next phase I am installing one of a kind twin carb valve cover. The twin carb valve cover I got from Dyck Livant is a one off prototype casting from the Borgward Mexico factory. It was nver fully developed or put into production, it still need some cleaning up to make it work. Watch the space in the next few months we will install the twin carb arrangement on this motor. In my opinion this is the Borgward that should have been made in 1957.
