DKW SB 200 1938 Smoky cold start on first kick.
Starting A DWK SB 200. Ignition is turned on so the ignition light is illuminated. Fuel is turned on and the carb is primed with the tickler. Set the choke for a cold start. Holding the decompression lever I turn the bike over with two kicks then release the lever and give the bike the starting kick. This was completed on a 1938 SB 200 however the process will also be similar on SB 250, SB 350 and SB 500 as well as models of DKW NZ, RT and KS.
