In my longer video today I reviewed A black and red 1987 962 IMSA GTP Sold for $962,000. Purchased on Bring a Trailer three years ago for $960,000, the car seems to have been a fair sale. Raced just three times in Group C, the car was restored in 2002 and was mechanically overhauled in 2014. An item that was not fully explored during this auction was the real possibility of this car being registered as a street car in some states, as similar cars have. Amazing. Should one desire to drive and race, this would likely be a contender anywhere it was entered. Porsche driving event? Check. Crs and coffee?
