"Asphalt 8 McLaren MP4-31 Championship (Iceland) Tour 4, Qualifier 3, Goals 1, Part 19" The McLaren Honda MP4-31 is a Formula One race car that was used by the McLaren Honda team during the 2016 Formula One season. It is the last McLaren Formula One race car to carry the "MP4" name following CEO Ron Dennis's departure from the team. The McLaren MP4-31 was a Formula One racing car designed by McLaren to compete in the 2016 Formula One season. The car was driven by 2005 and 2006 World Drivers' Champion Fernando Alonso and 2009 World Champion Jenson Button, and reserve driver Stoffel Vandoorne, who replaced Alonso at the Bahrain Grand Prix following the Spaniard's accident at the Australian Grand Prix which deemed him unfit for the next event. The car used the Honda RA616H power unit, the second engine developed by Honda since their return to the sport with McLaren in 2015. The MP4-31 has typical traits of a Formula One car: excellent acceleration, top speed, and handling, but with a disadvantage of a poor nitro efficiency combination of 8/14/18, compared to the Fenyr's 7/13/17. In fact, the MP4-31 has the worst nitro efficiency of all McLaren cars in the game. The MP4-31 also has a unique speed modifier of 92.91%, which causes it to be slower than the Aston Martin Vulcan and Chevrolet 2016 Camaro SS in terms of real total speed. Despite these disadvantages, the MP4-31 now stands as the best-performing McLaren car in the game. Hit like and share if you enjoy this video, subscribe us and stay tuned for regular updates.
