Rare footage of Yarra Trams E2 6071 along Swanston Street!
Hey guys, this is the first time in my life I had seen an E-Class Tram trundling along Swanston Street! Finally waiting for many years to see one heading down on that street! On February 27, 2025, I witnessed Yarra Trams E2 6071 moving slowly on Swanston Street next to the unfinished Town Hall train station passing some other trams. I believe this tram is doing either Route 58 driver training runs or preparation for the F1 Grand Prix shuttles in 2025. You could not see other kinds of trams on Swanston Street everyday like this other than Z3, B2 and D-Class Trams, which it is extremely rare to see an E-Class Tram on that street.
