In this video, we virtually chase a 3-Car EDI Comeng set 423M-1062T-424M on the Alamein line between Alamein and Camberwell. The Alamein line is located on the burnley corridor of Melbourne’s train network and has not had such a train movement (in revenue service) since the mid-late 2010s with pretty much all services being run by X’Trapolis 100. This video showcases a rare case of what would have been a 3 Car Comeng set running Camberwell-Alamein shuttles and interchanging Flinders Street trains (operated by a X’Trapolis) at camberwell. I’ve even placed some Rail enthusiasts in some locations. Plenty of 3 Chime RVB Whistle toots as well from the Comeng.
