I got a lead on this 1959 impala convertible project from a totally random encounter in eastern Nebraska about 2 months ago when I was there buying a 1949 Chevy 3800 truck. I followed up on the lead and kept in contact with the owner for a few months until he decided to sell it to me, and we traveled nearly 500 miles each way out to dig this legendary car out of the barn where it had been sitting over 40 years!
