The video was shot on location at the extensive RM Motorsports facility. http://www.rmmotorsports.com The Tyrrell P34 (Project 34) was originally built for the 1976 Formula One season. Conceived by Tyrrell's chief designer Derek Gardner. It is one of the most recognizable race car designs of all time due to it's unusual 6 wheels. The 4 front tires were specially made by Goodyear and mount on small 10 inch wheels. The design intent was to reduce frontal area with the smaller tires, therefore reducing drag. Tyrrell team mates Jody Scheckter and Patrick Depailler put in a respectable 1976 season with their P34's, with one win and several high place finishes. Goodyear's failure to continually develop the small front tires, eventually made the car uncompetitive.
