Chasing down a misfire! Immobilizer light flashes on my 2000 Honda Insight Barn Find

Part 5 of I Bought a Dead 22 Year Old Honda Insight Hybrid and Drove it Home After It had sat for 5 Years! In this video we read check engine light Blink Codes, clean the throttle body, clean the EGR Plate, solder the ends of the ground cables and install a eBay immobilizer bypass chip. While all the work done in this video seems to have improved how it runs we still haven't eliminated the misfire completely. Right now despite installing a bypass to the immobilizer with an aftermarket chip I'm still getting a blinking green key on the instrument cluster followed by what feel like a miss fire.
