IT'S HOW FAST!? McLaren Elva Flat Out on Track in Dubai

It's time to see what the McLaren Elva is all about on track! Limited to only 149 cars, join me at the Dubai Autodrome to drive this optional windshield equipped car in anger thanks to McLaren Dubai. There's fast, and then there's Elva fast... The Elva is McLaren's latest Ultimate Series hypercar after the P1, Senna, and Speedtail, offering a permanently open, lightweight and pure driving experience. With 815hp from the 4.0l TT V8, and being McLaren's lightest ever road car, it's definitely quite the equation on paper but let's find out what it's like on track with the Dubai Autodrome Club Circuit at our disposal. In general the Elva is not equipped with a windshield, however for homologation primarily in the USA one was made available, that can be ordered anywhere in the world. By having a windscreen it takes away the need to the Active Air Management System that the car normally features in the nose and makes it much more regular in terms of appearance and experience. It's expected that up to 10% of the cars will have this fitted, making for a very rare option overall.
