This film was made by the Nash Motors Company, which was was an American automobile manufacturer based in Kenosha, Wisconsin, in the United States from 1916 to 1937. From 1937 to 1954, Nash Motors was the automotive division of the Nash-Kelvinator Corporation. Nash production continued from 1954 to 1957 after the creation of American Motors Corporation. The aerodynamic 1949 Nash "Airflyte" shown in the film was the first car introduced by the company after WWII. It was designed by Finnish-born Nils Eric Wahlberg and featured cutting-edge aerodynamics. The factory shown was in El Segundo, California on Nash Street, which today is used by the Boeing Co. for satellite development. Lucky Lee Lott shown in the film had a traveling "Hell Drivers" stunt car show from 1935-1955. He crashed, smashed, trashed, jumped, burned, rolled over, and destroyed 17,981 cars, trucks, boats and motorcycles during his long career. Many of the cars he used were from the Nash Co. which was his exclusive supplier for many years.
