'77 CL Charger BARN FIND
Hi Guys, This is my 1977 CL Charger 318 manual. It has an original 13,000 k's and is sitting on the factory fitted Dunlop Aquajet tyres. My Dad purchased the car in '78 from 'Chrysler Australia Lease' for the amount of $6999.00 with 11,000 k's on the clock. The car was driven for a year, then de-registered and parked in the shed until recently. Still has the running-in instructions on the sunvisor, brand new Dunlop Aquajet spare tyre on a Sankey Benson rim in the boot. I have the Owner's Manual with first service at 10,000 k's filled out. Have the original for sale "sticker" that was on the windshield for the price of $6999.00 Had to replace the brake hoses as they were fused together and I couldn't get the brakes working (strange that!) Starts great (electronic ignition) and has a nice quiet but tough note. Drives really well and has heaps of low/mid range grunt. Something very cool about driving this "old girl" that you cant get with new cars Stay tuned for a few more videos...........Az
