My 1993 Chevy Lumina APV is an ALDL, or OBD1 car, so you need special software or tools to tie into it...and that's what this tool is for! It actually covers GM cars from 1991 to 2013, but I wasn't sure how awesome it would be for the van but it is fantastic!
