BMW North America has said at this time that it deems my bike "safe" and that I should take it back. They would not repurchase the bike back after I gave them a deadline for a fix. Their reasoning is that it's safe but that is subjective for each person to decide. The bike had yet to receive a proper fix. BMW roadside assistance aided by delivering me my bike back because the commute has become rather annoying and a burden to my folks for acting as my personal taxi cab. To throw fuel into the fire my account was dropped due to a glitch they say and after making calls wondering where my bike was things got rolling. Once again, BMW ruined my day by being available to them and not for me as I waited for them. The delivery man who was professional said they started my bike to put it on the lift and it didn't start properly. When I took hold of it start failure video #3 was created that same day - I estimate about 60-70 minutes from first failed start to my video being made. Bear in mind that these videos capture only the few times I have experienced the issue which is approximately 50% of every cold start.
