Following the 'Resonance' and the 'Friend-ME' concepts premiered last year, Nissan has recently unveiled its latest concept car -- the Nissan Sport Sedan Concept, at the 2014 North American International Auto Show. These three concept vehicles are set to preview the future of Nissan's vehicle design evolution. This concept car combines real sports car performance and design philosophies into a four-door sedan. It has a prominent V-Motion chrome front grille and unique boomerang-shape lighting. There is also an innovative roof design found from the Resonance and Friend-Me concept cars giving a 'floating' impression above the vehicle's glasshouse. In terms of styling, it carries an aggressive and muscular looks with its low and wide stance, short front and rear overhangs, reduced ground clearance and small gaps between its wheels and fenders. In the cockpit, it is finished in two-tone interior colours and utilises high quality materials that cues to future production design. In terms of performance, it is powered from a 3.5-litre V6 engine block outputting more than 300 hp, paired with Nissan's XTRONIC CVT transmission. Other upgrades are an innovative suspension layout with performance dampers for an improved driving dynamics.
