1.9 CVH Turbo Engine For My Turbo EXP!

This engine was rebuilt with very little use following it, seems like they test fired it for a few minutes and that was all. It has the following: EXP 1.9 Block EXP 1.6 Turbo head EXP 1.6 Turbo Intake Manifold EXP 1.6 Turbo Exhaust Manifold EXP 1.6 Turbocharger EXP 1.6 Turbo Oil Cooler Flat-Head "N-S" Solid Tappets Low-Dome Pistons (Possibly forged, not sure...…) Unknown solid-tappet cam All adds up to 140-160hp When I'm done I'm hoping for about 200hp with the following: 1.9 block Forged low-dome or flat-top pistons for 8:1 compression Forged rods Balanced crankshaft ARP studs (mains, head, manifolds, maybe rockers with helicoils) MLS headgasket 1.6 Turbo head (ported, polished, 5-angle seats) Stainless valves? (maybe larger valves) Titanium spring retainers UK Turbo solid performance cam (if it doesn't already have one) Roller rockers Extrude honed intake manifold (either 1.9 EFI HO or 1.6) 57mm throttle body 1.9 EFI HO valve cover Custom exhaust manifold Custom 2.5" exhaust system Modern ball-bearing T3 style turbo Intercooler Oil cooler Higher pressure oil pump (can only modify to increase pressure) Actual cold air intake Maybe water/meth injection Vernier cam sprocket (some way some how it will be done....)
