First Ever MK2 Ford Escort RS2000 Restoration is COMPLETE!

The First Ever UK Registered Mk2 Ford Escort RS2000 Broadstripe paintwork restoration is finally finished! We pulled out all the stops to get the car finished on such a tight deadline but it is finally ready to go off to the next workshop to have the rebuild started! Watch us finish off the paintwork with a few more finishing details, painting the black highlights and getting that all important final polish done and dusted! It's not often you get to work on such a special Ford! This is the first Mk2 RS2000 off the production line. The shell was in pretty good condition for its age but a few scabby parts and the paint was letting it down. It came to us for a few bits of metalwork repair and a full repaint before getting unveiled at the 2021 NEC Classic Motor Show in Birmingham.
