METHANOL MASTERS, SPRINTCARS, CENTRAL MOTORS SPEEDWAY, CROMWELL 2024

WHEN THE TROOPS GO MARCHING IN CENTRAL MOTOR SPEEDWAY. Theres just something bout a flash back to the ANZAC's and nothing like either the NZ Anthem or The Last Post. As i edited this up, just had to entwine and overlay the 4 wide salute, as its like the troops on the march. Absolutely special moment,one of the many. Hell, who could have asked for a better way to end a fantastic season of Speedway, this was one of the most enthralling, exciting speedway meetings i have been too and saying that, hmmm is a huge pat on the back to the crew at Central Motor Speedway in Cromwell, as i have been too some absolutely great race days/nights around the lower South Island and as much as i was so hanging for a break, i nearly didn't go, due to distance and fatigue to follow, with hours sitting at this dam desk editing my footage. But me being me, i would have kicked myself if i didn't go and thanks to couple blokes, made the venture well worth it cos the 27th Of April is going to be a day to remember for a very long time as what took place, was "Methanol Masters". As i put at end of the video, huge pat on the back to the lady behind this event, that being Tania Casey. 2 Years ago she thought of this idea and about 2-3 months ago, set the ball rolling, with end result being absolutely sensational. She also does huge work behind the scenes for the Southern Sprint Cars This was an event for 45 years plus, to enter this epic Sprintcar event, with many names i am not familiar with, but many of these lads are NZ Legends of the Clay and to have them all gather down there in Central Otago, is an event certainly well worth seeing. Without sitting here and writing a novel, i think best thing is to just smash down that play button and check out some wild, wicked, extremely fast Sprintcar action.
