We Tried To REBUILD The $400 Geo Tracker ENGINE In One Day

We're full steam ahead (or full throttle) on the $400 1996 Geo Tracker engine rebuild. After running into finger tight head bolts during the teardown things seemed a bit fishy, so I sent the head over to AAA Machine and found out the head was warped. The cracked cast iron manifold went to Performance Welding Solutions where Riaan took care of the first crack and one we hadn't even noticed. https://www.facebook.com/PerformanceWeldingSolutions/ Once the head was fully gone through and the manifold was welded we were ready to finish this build up (or so I thought).
