There are many well-documented issues with the M96 and M97 engine used in 1997-2008 Porsche Boxster, Cayman, and 911 models. These can all be addressed during the rebuild process. At Flat 6 Innovations, we go beyond rebuilding your Porsche engine – we reconstruct it. More components are thrown away and replaced with upgraded parts than those that are reused. Even parts that are reused are extensively modified during the reconditioning process. All of the parts and processes offered by LN Engineering were pioneered by Flat 6 Innovations and every Porsche engine we build benefits from these solutions that were co-developed with our partner LN Engineering, including Nickies sleeves and the IMS Solution. Flat 6 Innovations is best known for rebuilding Porsche engines, specifically for the Porsche Boxster, Cayman, and 911 models, with a focus on high performance and reliability. They are recognized for their expertise and quality workmanship in the Porsche community. We recommend checking out Hagerty's feature on Jake Raby and Flat 6 Innovations to learn more.
