As there is no scripted dialogue needed for music videos, the actors and artists improvised on each take to help them with the physical acting and the results were very funny. As people don't get to see that in the normal video, here is a chance to experience the sense of humour and atmosphere on the sets. The rest of the management team include Joe Phiri (Public Relations), David Kosta (Business Advisor), Sean Banda (Promotion/Public Relations), Kevin Gill (Promotion/Public Relations) and Harvey Truswell (Media Artist). The label also has an established clothing line selling under the brand names: Forever Fabulous, Got Swagga, I'm Repp'n Interim. The label conducts full in-house productions from making the beats, recording the artists, generating the graphics, to printing the artwork and much more. It offers artists who are not signed to the label a place to record in the studio for a fee. The labels good success started in its first year such that its works have been recognized by big organizations such as the BBC, Future Radio, Norwich Radio and City College Norwich and many more radio stations across the globe. In November 2010, Interim Records as a label was appointed the music ambassador for City College Norwich after the Principal Mr Dick Palmer was amazed by the works of the team. All works and music released by the label is on professional grounds and music can be purchased from iTunes, Spotify and Amazon. The label is glad to announce that it is working on big projects this year and that many more releases will be made featuring several artists. Interim Records prides itself with a mission campaign statement which supports positive thinking amongst the youths of today by providing both the resources and platform where talents can be promoted and or developed. The label has received good recognition and enjoyed success by working with organizations such as BBC Norfolk, Nandos Norwich as well as City College Norwich. Every member of the crew works hard to ensure that they meet their set targets to help build a stronger team which enhances the achievements gained. Apart from promotion and performances, the label has an in-house studio where most of the artists' music is recorded with an in-house producer/sound engineer.
