Final Assembly and First Start of my 800HP+ Capable BMW N20 Engine

It's been about 2 months since I started this project, it took a little longer than I wanted because of parts and time away from work but I finally finished the assembly of our forged and decked BMW N20 Engine. We had to modify the block quite a bit adding hardened aluminum rods in the water jackets and notching the lower cylinder walls to fit our forged rods. I did all of the work myself in my shop at home! The forged rods and pistons along with the decking and ARP studs should allow us to push around 800 safely although I don't think we will ever get that high. We have some supporting mods but need to get bigger injectors and upgraded fuel pumps and of course a larger turbo and a tune but we are halfway there! Hopefully we get a smooth first start and the engine stays together!!
