Barn Find Rescue: 1941 Mercury Coupe!
This time at the Quick Speed Shop, with a wad of cash burning a hole in my pocket from my recent 1930 Ford AA farm truck sale, I went and bought a sight unseen 1941 Mercury coupe. This car is a one year only body style very popular with customizers such as Jack Stewart back in the day. It's missing the grille and engine, but otherwise is complete and in decent shape. The car will need floors and rockers, but the rest of the metal is clean and straight. Check it out! Please like, share, and subscribe. I put out new videos every Wednesday and Saturday. #barnfind #mercury #hotrod
About Coupe
A coupe or coupé (, also US: ) is a passenger car with a sloping or truncated rear roofline and typically with two doors. The term coupé was first applied to horse-drawn carriages for two passengers without rear-facing seats. It comes from the French past participle of couper, "cut". Some coupé cars only have two seats, while some also feature rear seats. However, these rear seats are usually lower quality and much smaller than those in the front.
