Owner InterviewReviewyoutube

100,000 miles. One motorcycle. No regrets. In this long-term review of my BMW R 1200 GS Adventure, I break down what it’s really like to own and ride a high-mileage BMW GS. Is 100,000 miles a lot for a GS? How reliable is the boxer engine after six digits on the odometer? What does maintenance actually cost? And would I buy another one? If you’re considering buying a used BMW GS with high mileage, or you’re wondering how long a BMW R1200GSA can last, this honest owner review covers: • Engine performance at 100,000 miles • Final drive reliability • Clutch and driveshaft service • Suspension wear and long-distance comfort • Real-world maintenance costs • Common BMW GS problems • What to inspect before buying a high-mileage GS The BMW GS platform is known for adventure touring durability, long-distance capability, and legendary boxer engine torque — but does it live up to the reputation after 100K miles? Whether you ride adventure motorcycles, are shopping for a used BMW R 1200 GS Adventure, or just love long-distance touring bikes, this video gives you a real-world look at high-mileage ownership. If you enjoy moto reviews, adventure riding, and honest long-term motorcycle ownership content, subscribe and join me for more Ride & Reflect content from the road. 100,000 miles down… and still rolling.
