The Ford LTD II is an automobile that was produced by Ford Motor Company from the 1977 to 1979 model years. Sharing only its name with the full-size Ford LTD, the LTD II replaced the Ford Torino and Gran Torino, as the Ford Thunderbird replaced the Ford Elite.
