拭き残し→Aピラー 5cm、運転席前の扇形 9cm、助手席前の三角形 9cm、室内からのワイパー見え有り 2017年5月に発売された9世代目のミラです。 「セダン型」と呼ばれるボディ形式の軽自動車はガラスが小さいので、ワイパーの配置はしやすく拭き残しは少ないはずですが、意外に拭き残しが多くて残念です。 後ろのワイパーは4WD車もしくは寒冷地仕様車にのみ装備され、一般的なFF車には設定されません。 一方で、ワイパーはデンソー製のフラットブレードワイパー。廉価な車だからと言って手抜きせずにスッキリした外観を実現しようとしています。 ガラス上端にあるステレオカメラはデンソー製の「スマアシ3」。カメラ間の距離は80mmと世界最小。スズキのデュアルカメラブレーキサポート(日立オートモティブシステムズ製)の160mmに比べても小さく、ワイパーで拭き取りやすいです。 スズキのアルトと共に車両重量が650kgと非常に軽量で、価格も税抜き100万円。清廉な価格や重量を考慮すれば、ワイパーの拭き残しが多くても我慢出来る気がします。 同じカテゴリーの軽自動車と見比べてみて下さい。 スズキ アルト(HA36S, 2014) https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=F1Iokiyn6Co ダイハツ ミラ・イース(LA350S, 2017) https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Ok4je0Nbf6s ダイハツ ミラ・トコット(LA550S, 2018) https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=PiBM1-Yls3M "Japan Wiper of the Year" evaluation criteria 1) Unwiped area at A Pillar side; 5cm 2) Fan-shaped unwiped area in front of the driver seat; 9cm 3) Triangle unwiped area in front of the passenger seat; 9cm 4) Visibility of the wipers from inside when not in use; visible comment from me; This is the 9th generation Mira, which released in March 2017 in Japan. Since the body type called "sedan type" K-Car has a small front windshield, it is easy to layout the wiper, and there should be few unwiped area, but the Mira is unfortunate that there are many unwiped area. The rear wiper is installed only on 4WD model or cold region option, no on general FF models. On the other hand, the wiper is a good looking Flat Blade type made by Denso. Daihatsu is trying to achieve a good appearance with cutting corners on inexpensive car. And, the stereo camera for ADAS at the top of the front windshield is called "Smart Assist 3" made by Denso. The distance between each camera is only 80mm, the smallest in the world. It is smaller than Suzuki's "Dual Camera Brake Support" made by Hitachi Automotive Systems, the camera distance is 160mm. It is easy to wipe. The car weights only 650kg, which is very very light weight, together with Suzuki Alto, and the price is only 1 million JPY = 10,000 USD. Considering the clean price and light weight, I feel that I can put up with a lot of unwiping area. Please compare with the same category of K-Cars. The Daihatsu Mira e:S is a kei car manufactured by the Japanese automaker Daihatsu as the successor to the original Mira. It was previewed by the "e:S" concept car at the 2009 Tokyo Motor Show. The car was introduced to the Japanese market in September 2011. It was also sold by Toyota as the Toyota Pixis Epoch , which was released on 10 May 2012 and by Subaru as the Subaru Pleo Plus , which was released on 21 December 2012.
