This BMW F800GT came into the workshop looking like it still had some life left in it - but once we started digging into it properly, it became clear that this was going to be a much bigger job than expected. What started as a tired-looking touring bike with cosmetic damage quickly turned into a full mechanical recovery: seized engine leaking forks worn brakes damaged bodywork cooling system issues clutch wear and a lot more underneath In this video, we take you through the full process of bringing this F800GT back properly - from diagnosis and engine removal, to replacing the engine, rebuilding key systems, refinishing the bodywork, and getting the bike back on the road where it belongs.
