Complements the comprehensive range of Toyota Professional light commercial vehicles. Offers the option of a battery-electric powertrain providing a driving range of up to 420 km (WLTP cycle). The turbodiesel powertrain is also available with manual or automatic transmission and has a power range from 120 DIN hp to 180 DIN hp. The Range offers six different height and length configurations to provide comprehensive storage capacity, load-carrying and towing capabilities A wide range of vehicle conversions are available, including factory-fitted crew cab, tipper and dropside versions; platform cab and chassis cab are also available. The all-new Toyota PROACE MAX combines strong load-carrying capacity and class-leading capability with efficient performance and a strong, robust design. The updated PROACE, Toyota’s first heavy-duty commercial vehicle (HDV) in Europe, joins the PROACE CITY and Hilux to complete the comprehensive Toyota Professional light commercial vehicle portfolio. As with all other models in the PROACE family (PROACE medium-duty van, compact PROACE CITY and VERSO people carrier models), the PROACE Max is available with a battery-electric powertrain that delivers responsive performance, ride comfort and high-capacity transport in a variety of configurations to suit every mission without compromising on practicality or reliability. In addition to its load-carrying and performance qualities, the PROACE MAX offers a striking exterior design that focuses on a new front end that creates a new PROACE family identity. This includes a stylish upper element in the van’s body colour, flowing around the matt black grille and into the colour-coordinated front bumper. The purposeful appearance is emphasised by full LED headlights; the front fog lights feature a cornering function for improved visibility. Wheel specifications include new 16-inch alloy wheels for the High-grade models. The multimedia options include the new 10-inch touchscreen and seven-inch colour TFT instrument cluster, which are standard on high-end electric versions and optional on high-end diesels. The all-new PROACE MAX series offers customers a wide range of choices when it comes to choosing the vehicle size that best suits their needs, as well as a wide range of conversion options. In full van format, there are six different sizes to choose from, based on two wheelbase options (3,450 mm and 4,035 mm), three lengths (5,413 mm, 5,998 mm and 6,363 mm) and three heights (2,254 mm, 2,524 mm and 2,764 mm). These combinations provide cargo space volumes of between 10 m3 and 17 m3, with enough space to comfortably carry five Euro pallets. To put the payload capacity into context, the L4 H3 PROACE MAX offers three times the load volume of the largest PROACE van in the medium-duty class. Panel vans are just one element of the PROACE MAX story: they are also available as Crew Cabs with factory-built one- or three-way tipper and dropside configurations and four seats in the second row, increasing seating capacity to seven (see below for more information on conversion options). Depending on the vehicle configuration, gross vehicle weight is between 3,300 kg and 3,500 kg for diesel models and 3,500 kg and 4,250 kg for battery-electric versions. The battery-electric PROACE MAX matches the best in its class with a payload of up to 1,500 kg and a towing capacity of 2,400 kg. With diesel power, maximum payload is up to 1,500 kg and towing capacity is up to 3,000 kg, depending on the combination of vehicle length and height. A high-performance battery-electric powertrain gives the PROACE MAX the power, comfort and cost-effectiveness of electric driving. The system generates 200 kW (270 DIN hp) and 410 Nm of torque, giving the vehicle the power to tackle the most demanding tasks with ease. With a driving range of up to 420 km (WLTP standard), the PROACE MAX can easily meet typical daily tasks. Using a button next to the gear selector on the console, the driver can adjust the performance to suit his needs with three driving modes: The 110 kWh lithium-ion battery can be charged to 80% in as little as 55 minutes using the 150 kW fast-charging system, helping to minimise vehicle downtime. The vehicle is equipped with an 11 kW AC on-board charger to support work and home charging during overnight or longer periods of parking; a 22 kW AC charger to be introduced in 2025. The Fiat Ducato is a light commercial vehicle jointly developed by FCA Italy and PSA Group, and mainly manufactured by Sevel, a joint venture between the two companies since 1981. It has also been sold as the Citroën C25, Peugeot J5, Alfa Romeo AR6, Talbot Express, and later as the Fiat Ducato, Citroën Jumper, and Peugeot Boxer, from 1994 onwards. It entered the North American market as the Ram ProMaster in May 2014 as a 2014 model.
