TRANSFORMATION COMPLETE: FORGOTTEN 4K MILE PORSCHE 993 | Episode 3

In Episode 3 of our series documenting our 4k mile, one-owner barn find 993 Porsche, we're FINALLY getting it washed and polished! Now that it is up to date mechanically, it was time to remove the 20+ years of dust and bring it over to our detailing guru, Chantz, so he could work his magic. Because originality is key with such a low-mileage example of a 993, our task for him was easily said than done: bring the paint back to life while taking off as little clear coat as possible. And boy did he deliver! This 1996 Porsche 911 Carrera 2 coupe was purchased new in Bellevue, Washington and remained with the original owner until our acquisition in July of this year. Having traveled just 4k miles from new, it is the most original and most well-preserved 993 we have ever seen!
