Bristol Blenheim 3. This is indeed a rare opportunity to own a classic coach built British sports car. After the second World War Bristol Aircraft had developed a highly skilled workforce and didn't want to loose this skill base so set about diversification into other forms of production. Bristol Cars is born, initially cars were built in one of the aircraft hangers at Filton air field in Bristol alongside aircraft production and the concept of an Aero Industry approach to design and manufacture began and can be seen through the following models, giving Bristol Cars their unique look and engineering. The early cars were powered by a 2.0 Litre straight six cylinder engine. In 1961 Bristol Cars partnered with Chrysler and the saloon cars used there V8 engines until the end of production of the Blenheim in 2010.
