Are Chinese motorcycles any good? I found out the hard way... — RedlineArchive

I wanted to know how well an average Chinese bike could last, so 18 months ago I found an ex-demo at a dealership with just four miles on the clock – I made sure the guy selling it didn’t know what I was up to, and I had it regularly serviced. Obviously this Zontes ZT350-T can’t represent all the Chinese bikes that are on the market now, like Voge, CF-Moto, Herald, Benelli, Lexmoto, AJS, Moto Morini and all the others, but what I’ve found after two winters and 8,000 miles might help you when you’re choosing which brand of bike to buy next. In this honest, unbiased video I’m looking at the good and bad of this budget motorcycle, the servicing costs (which really surprised me), and I’m going to dyno it. If it survives that we’ll also find out what the resale value is as I try to sell it...
