We welcome everyone! 0:00 The Preview and Intro 0:53 Montage of a Bimmer in Scotland 1:30 Roadtripping in Scotland 12:00 Was it Worth It? Taking The Man and the Machine on the road...part 2! This is the second roadtrip and we ended up in Scotland! We were just one week prior to Gumball, so we get a preview of what the Rally looked like in a somewhat fun/fast car. We tried to get the best rental we could, but with our poor planning we could only secure a BMW 5 Series Diesel. Needless to say, we didn't break in land speed records with this machine. However, we did learn a lot about driving in a country like Scotland, such as how to drive on the opposite side of the road and as well how to navigate the Police. The most intriguing thing we wanted to understand on this entire trip is whether it was worth the drive by experiencing the roadways and seeing the country. To give you an overview of the roads we took, the trip started in Edinburgh. Then we headed up to Inverness, which was about a 2-3 hour drive depending on the route you take. We took the Snow Road which cut through the Cairngorms National Park. Then we head down Loch Ness to experience some roads along a body of water. Finally we headed up to the Isle of Skye, which for this episode we decided to wrap up. This only suggests we'll need to come back and do the NC500 (North Coast 500, which is over 500 miles along the Coast). Come take a ride with us and let us know what you think?!
