Mercedes SL63 AMG R231 - Walkaround!

In this video, I show you not one, but two Mercedes SL63 AMG's, both of which being the R231 models, which replace the previous R230 models. The first car you see in this video is a beautiful Matte Grey example, parked just outside Templar Street carpark in Leeds. As I said in the video, this is quite a rare car to spot, it is only the third R231 that I have seen, most AMG buyers tend to opt for the C63 and E63 models which are more practical. Styling wise, I think this is a stunning car, especially in the Matte Grey, which compliments the car well. This example also had a dark Red leather interior, again very nice, and really does the car justice in my opinion. The R231 guise of the SL63 is powered by a Bi-Turbo V8, which most AMG's are now using, and is slowly replacing the 6.2 litre Naturally Aspirated V8 that older AMG models had. Power in this car is rated at 530bhp, which is impressive by all means. After the walkaround of the first car, I show you a quick drive-by clip of the second car, this SL63 we spotted earlier in the day.
