Grand Prix Legends - Sportscars Extra 1967 - Ulster GP Dundrod 1965 in 3:30.281s

Time set on the evening of the 30th of December 2018 in a Porsche 910. This lap, like the Nurburgring Chaparral 2F lap, was mostly to test the differences between the original 1967 Sportscar Mod and the 1967 Sportscar Extra Mod. With already having my previous Dundrod 1965 lap in a Porsche 910 uploaded (at https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=i_zY5iojZlc ) , it is the clearest insight into where these cars gain speed, which is more or less, everywhere. Other than some very minor suspension tweaks and a few extra kPa of tyre pressure added, the setups for both laps were the same. As is evident in this video, a 3:30 is not the limit with running very wide through Budore/Lougher's, having a rough time at Wheeler's and Quarterlands/Irelands was a bit sloppy... my sum of best sectors was a very low 3:28 with 3:27's seemingly on the cards (but getting too tired at that point to be able to put that lap together). That being a time faster than the fastest time around the course in the original Sportscar mod in any car. A graph showing the time made up over the course of the lap is shown in the link, with the 2 points where I lost time over my original 3:33.9 lap being at Cochranstown (losing 0.2s on entry but making up 0.8s off the exit), and the 2nd point obviously being the exit of Budore's (losing about 0.4s in the corner but again making up another 0.8s on the run to Wheeler's). https://i.imgur.com/8aOwibk.png The fact that a Porsche 910 has the potential to go faster than the original Chaparral 2D and 2F around a track meant for the high powered beasts seems crazy, yet the performance of the cars has improved that dramatically, and of course the benchmark times for the 2D and especially the 2F will be significantly faster than the current 3:28.9, probably not far off to 3:20 at a blind guess. Not that that's a complaint, the cars are much faster, and are much easier to handle and less skittish than the originals.
