Night Ride Failure

First we do a little maintenance to check the excessive play in the rear wheel of Chris's BMW HP2. Since we have the wrenches out we do a throttle body sync and error code check as well. Finally we address the shattered headlight. The BMW part is crazy expensive (230$US plus shipping) so we try and cobble together a replacement for 30$ Canadian. With the bikes running we head out for our first night trail ride. Dave on his BMW F700GS, Riley on his F800GS and Chris on the crusty HP2. We trailer it to Henrik's house. We hit the road with the temperature hovering just above freezing. We don't get far. Everyone heads home around 2:30 AM.
