Hit the 🔔 The 2020 Outback now rides on Subaru's global platform, which underpins the Ascent, Crosstrek, Forester, Impreza and redesigned 2020 Legacy. In its higher XT trims, the Outback uses the 2.4-liter turbocharged flat-four engine tuned to produce 260 horsepower and 277 pound-feet of torque. Non-XT models will use Subaru's 2.5-liter naturally aspirated flat-four engine, with 182 horsepower and 176 pound-feet of torque. Paired with a continuously variable transmission, XT trims achieve fuel economy numbers of 23 mpg city and 30 mpg highway while non-XT trims achieve 26 mpg city and 33 mpg highway. #Subaru #2020Outback #carreviews ____________ RV19STACK
The Subaru Outback is an automotive nameplate used by the Japanese automaker Subaru for two different themed vehicles: a Legacy-derived station wagon, the Outback (1994–present, also sold as Legacy Outback (Japanese: スバル・レガシィアウトバック, Hepburn: Subaru Regashi Autobakku) in some markets), and an Impreza-derived off-road themed hatchback, the Outback Sport (1994–2011). Most versions of the Outback wagon and Outback Sport have had all-wheel drive as standard equipment.
