Radiator Refurbishment, Motorcycle Coolant System Repair, Honda NC700

I had to remove the radiator, and while I had it out, I decided to refurbish it a bit, giving the component a few extra years. Unfortunately, road salt spares no metal. Thankfully, it hadn't punctured yet. I used paint stripper, wire brushes, and an ultrasonic cleaner. For priming, I used a corrosion-resistant primer for aluminum, followed by black heat-resistant paint, and a bit of clear lacquer for extra protection. Since then, a winter has passed, and there are no signs of further corrosion on the radiator. I've decided that my Honda needs the necessary attention, as the brakes were seizing up, the MOT (technical inspection) was approaching, and the parking brake hadn't been working properly for years. Eventually, it stopped working altogether. I made a list of what needed to be done and filmed videos about it; this is the third episode of an eight-part series. I ordered genuine Honda parts based on factory part numbers, which ultimately amounted to nearly 100 different part numbers. Even ordering from the cheapest webshop, the cost of parts exceeded €1200. I'm not a professional mechanic; this is a hobby, as is making videos, and the bike is a daily commuter—thus, it's used and dirty. Let's move past these formalities! Proceed at your own risk!
