Heinkel Trojan Kabine comes round the world back to me !
Something new and exciting in the shop today. It's somewhat of a cross between a Messerschmitt and Isetta. A tidbit of irony makes this car very exciting for me to see. This car was a loaner driver at the Microcar Museum in Madison Georgia. I drove this car for a day in Georgia back in 2011 and have a video here : https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=0ruI9x17zdc Funny thing is, this Heinkel just came in from B.C. Canada... only 15 Km have elapsed and 3 owners since I drove it last. So lets think about this. The car was built by Heinkel in Germany, came from Sweden, was sent to Ontario Canada, Madison Georgia, B.C. Canada, and now Portland, Oregon. Crazy !
