The Kingswood station wagon was a mid-priced, full-size four-door vehicle with seating for 9-passengers, with the rear-facing third-row jump-seat standard. Both the Parkwood and Kingswood were considered part of the Bel Air line and had Bel Air's model number, thus making them middle-range wagons. All of that power is then transferred to a Turbo 400 automatic transmission and a Currie Ford 9 inch big spline with 4:11 to 1 gears.
