In the early 40's the American car Manufacturers didn't drench their autos in Chrome like the 50's, but it wasn't like no one wanted their cars with Bling. This particular Chevy had a lot of dealer added options that stood the test of time. They really added flare in the right places on this old girl with the big Windshield Visor, Bumper Guard, Fog Lights, Fender Marker Lights, Spot Light and Fender Skirts. This Special Deluxe is a complete numbers matching car with a fresh rebuilt 216ci I6 and 3 speed on the Column. The 1940 Sport Sedan also sported very cool suicide rear doors, which is the only way to have four doors. It also has completely original and you can see from the pictures is stunning.
