Drag race No. 2: BMW E24 635 CSi Hartge vs. BMW E24 M635 CSi
BMW E24 in two variants. 635 CSi with classic M30 engine modified to Hartge spec H6S (240PS) and Euro M-version M635 CSI with higher revving and more powerful M88/3 engine (286 PS). Results may seem surprising but are not. M30 has its peak much lower than M88. In higher speeds the Mcar is quicker but in lower speeds Hartge seem more responsive. Times recorded are relative to driver skill, particular run and tyres which were far from ideal. Measure your car to see real life perfomance :)
