Ferrari History - Ferrari Testarossa & GTO
Ferrari History: In 1982, Ferrari sport cars management center is created in Maranello. Ferrari is already one of the leading GT cars manufacturers. Among the most relevant models are Testarossa & GTO. The Ferrari Testarossa is a 12-cylinder mid-engine, Pininfarina-designed sports car. Almost 10,000 Testarossas were produced, making it one of the most common Ferrari models, despite its high price and exotic design. The Ferrari GTO is an exotic homologation of the Ferrari 308 GTB produced from 1984 through 1986. F40 was the last vehicle produced before Enzo Ferrari's death in August 1988. In the same year, the pope John Paul II visited Maranello.
