Our day at Goodwood Revival 2021 watching historic motor racing & BRM V16 demo at the Sussex circuit

This is the 9th Goodwood Revival motor racing meeting that I've been to, dad and I did the first seven (1998-2004), then 2006, and in 2015 we returned to Goodwood - albeit as exhibitors this time - with the ex- Dennis Poore Dodge transporter (see other videos), which went on display in the main paddock area. Given that Goodwood was the Dodge's local circuit following WW2, and appeared there many times between 1948 & 1955, it was fun to drive it back into the paddock area at the 2015 Revival after an absence of 60 years. Six years on from that visit, as junior (13) had never been to the Revival, I took him for a visit on the Sunday this year to introduce him to this enormous motor race meeting. Dressed up in his retro clothes, we both had a great time despite the weather being a little British in the morning. This video recalls our Sunday visit to Goodwood Revival 2021. It isn't a full record of every race, car, driver or race result, or every attraction, more a general look around at the exhibits and attractions close to the circuit, then clips taken of various races, classic / vintage cars & motorcycles that took to the track throughout the day. The aviation section is also covered, as are several of the on-track demonstration displays that took place - including a huge military vehicle parade, an exhibition of Stirling Moss cars, and a celebration of BRM (British Racing Motors) including the sensational BRM V16 (including the V16 recreation). Due to a lack of time we didn't get to see all the shops, retro activities, and the classic car displays dotted around the Goodwood site, but this video gives a flavour of the event from a spectator's viewpoint.
