Quick review of the Ferrari 333 SP sports-prototype race car! With it's howling V12 and iconic styling, this may be one of the best track cars out there. The 333 SP made its debut in 1994. The first racing season didn't go very well, but it came back the next year to win the IMSA championship. It won at great tracks like Sebring, Daytona, and Lime Rock. Ferrari later raced it in FIA championship races. The 333 SP was also offered to customers, but only a total of 40 were produced, making it an exceedingly rare car. It was powered by a version of the Ferrari F50's engine, but was downsized to 4 liters to fit race rulers and regulations. One valve was added per cylinder for a total of 60, helping the car to put out 650 horsepower at 11,000 RPM. The chassis design was done by Dallara, and is a honeycomb structure of carbon fiber and aluminum. It helps keep the car's weight at a low 1,896 pounds. When coupled with the 306 mm Pirelli race tires, unequal-length wishbone suspension, and outrageous spoiler, the 333 SP was probably a great handling car. 🔵REMEMBER TO LIKE AND SUBSCRIBE🔵
