Torquing the head bolts on your 196OHV motor doesn’t have to be a PITA! The Offset Socket is simple to make. Keep the OAL to 5-3/4” and keep both ends as shallow as possible. Also worth noting: With both ends inline there is no “corrections” or “adjustments” needed when reading the torque values. Unlike a crows foot or similar this doesn’t affect your readings. #rambler #automobile #diy #196OHV #headgasket

Rambler is an automobile brand name that was first used by the Thomas B. Jeffery Company between 1900 and 1914. Charles W. Nash bought Jeffery in 1916, and Nash Motors reintroduced the name to the automobile marketplace from 1950 through 1954. The "Rambler" trademark registration for use on automobiles and parts was issued on 9 March 1954 for Nash-Kelvinator.
