New BMW CE 02 is a CRAZY urban eBike!

This is the all new BMW CE 02, an affordable urban electric bike, which features two removable batteries and a 15 hp electric motor. It has a minimalist design with a tubular steel frame, a die-cast aluminium swingarm, and 14-inch wheels. They’re joined by LED lighting units and a flat, two person seat that is only 29.5 inches off the ground. You will also find a 3.5-inch display that provides basic information such as speed and battery charge status. The CE 02 also comes with a USB-C charging port, Keyless Ride technology, heated grips and a smartphone cradle. Two removable 1.96 kWh lithium-ion battery packs come as standard. They power an electric motor developing 15 hp and 55 Nm of torque. This enables the 132 kg bike to accelerate from 0-48 km/h in 3 seconds flat, before hitting a top speed of 95 km/h. More importantly, the bike has a range in excess of 90 km. There is also an AM compatible variant, producing only 5hp.
