Doch bis dahin gibt es noch viel zu tun. Bislang taugen die beiden Karren lediglich für eine gediegene Kaffeefahrt. Beim Jade Race vom 19.-20.07.2014 treten die best Buddies zusammen mit anderen Fahrern bei einem Beschleunigungsrennen auf dem Flugplatz Mariensiel gegeneinander an.
